Refund policy

We want you to love your MossNomad order. If something isn’t right, we’re happy to offer a free replacement or refund for:

• Damaged or defective products
• Misprints or manufacturing errors
• Incorrect items received

Please contact us within 30 days of the order with your order number, a brief description, and clear photos/videos showing the issue. Once the issue is verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Because every product is made to order, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges for selecting the wrong size or color, or for a change of mind.

Please note that slight variations in color and print placement are a normal part of the printing process. Print placement may vary by up to 0.5 inches, which is not considered a defect.
